Anesthesiologist, Physician - Job Description

Harbor Regional Health’s Surgical Services department is excited to welcome a board certified or board eligible Anesthesiologist to join our dedicated team in our rural, coastal community of Grays Harbor. You will work with a broad range of surgical services including Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, and Obstetrics, and share a 1:4 call schedule that covers obstetrics and other procedures. This full-time position through our Medical Group provides stability, professional growth, and a supportive environment, allowing you to deliver exceptional care while enjoying the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Opportunity Highlights

Comprehensive Medical Services: Practice in an environment that includes Cardiology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and Urology.
Collaborative Practice: Contribute to a broad spectrum of care with over 75 active medical staff.

Opportunity Specifics

Education

Completion of an accredited residency, preceptorship, or fellowship in Anesthesiology
Board eligible or board certified
Active Washington State licensure or certification
No visa waivers or sponsorships available at this time

Compensation and Benefits

Full Time Employment: Three year term contract
Annual Income Range: $335,806 to $490,457 (negotiable based on experience and contract terms)
Sign On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Student Loan Repayment: Available
Insurance Coverage: Medical, life, dental, and vision
Retirement Plan: 403(b)
Malpractice Coverage: Provided
CME Support: $5,000 per year for CME related expenses
Paid Time Off: Determined by contract terms
